X-Net Contact Closure Card
X-Net CC-16 Contact Closure Card
The X-Net CC-16 module may act as a companion card to any X-Net module to provide easy expansion of alarm signalling. It features 16 contact closure inputs and 16 relay outputs.
Increasingly, it is necessary to connect multiple external devices (such as PIR sensors and tamper alarms) to the video transmitters to be transmitted back to a central control room. Most X-Net modules have two contact closures but in case more contact closure channels are required, CC-16 module offers a cost effective way to expand the system. With a pair of CC-16 modules, it is possible to add up to 16 contact closures to any X-Net module.

Add up to 16 contact closure channels - Flexibility to add new devices to the CCTV network without having to replace existing modules
Receive alarms using SNMP - Using the X-Net NMS card, SNMP traps can be generated for alarms received by the CC-16 card. This can be very useful when external sensors (such as smoke detectors, infrared sensors etc.) are connected to CC-16
Possible to Daisy Chain multiple cards - In case more alarms are required, it is possible to Daisy Chain multiple CC-16 cards
Native Telecommand support - CC-16 can be directly connected to Telecommand to launch a sequence of actions in response to an alarm (such as pointing cameras to a certain position, starting recording on DVRs etc.)
