COE Group Plc - Result of resolutions passed at General Meeting

COE Group Plc (the Company) announces the results of voting on the resolutions at its general meeting (GM) held on Thursday 11 December 2008.

Resolutions 1 and 2 were passed on a show of hands as ordinary resolutions and resolution 3 was passed on a show of hands as a special resolution.
