COE Group Plc - Result of resolutions passed at Annual General Meeting

COE Group Plc (the Company) announces the results of voting on the resolutions at its annual general meeting (AGM) held on Friday 23 January 2009.

Resolutions 1 to 6 (inclusive) were passed on a show of hands as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 7 and 8 were passed on a show of hands as special resolutions. Details of the proxy vote received by the Company before the AGM in respect of each resolution are available on the Company’s website (www.coe.co.uk)
