COE announces that Mark Norton, Sales Director has resigned from the Company in order to pursue other business interests. Under the terms of Mark’s service agreement his resignation will become effective on 14 October 2009 or earlier as agreed with the Company.

The board would like to place on record their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mark for his support and hard work during his time with the Company.
