In the statement issued on 11th November 2003, it was announced that Michael Sandpearl had agreed to take on the role of Interim Chief Executive, and that the appointment of a permanent Chief Executive would be considered at the end of the financial year.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Andrew Patrick Wallace, 41, as a Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from 31st August 2004. To facilitate this appointment Mr Sandpearl will be standing down as an Executive Director and Chief executive and will be staying with the Company as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition. The Board wish to express their gratitude to Mr Sandpearl for his influential role in the company over the last year.
Mr. Wallace is a director of Rosemount Services Ltd.
No further disclosure is required in accordance with paragraph (f) Schedule 2 of the AIM rules.
