X-Net Companion Cards

X-Net is the first system in the CCTV industry to offer a whole range of companion cards which easily allow the CCTV system to be extended with features such as remote diagnostics, additional contact closure or ethernet channels, star drivers etc. This takes away the requirement to fully specify the entire CCTV system at the beginning of the project and also allows the cost of the project to spread over multiple phases.

COE X-Net Companion Cards

X-Net NMS	X-Net Network Management System module adds the ability to remotely monitor and diagnose the health of the CCTV system. With support for SNMP and a simple to use web browser interface, the system can be easily integrated into existing SCADA systems or management software such as HP Open View
X-Net CC-16	X-Net Contact Closure module for adding up to 16 contact closure channels to any X-Net transmission module (IP codec or fibre)
X-Net DataMux	X-Net Data Multiplexer module for adding up to 12 independent data channels to an X-Net OPT4 or OPT8 module
X-Net Star	X-Net Star module provides 1 serial port to 8 serial port expansion for PTZ devices connected in star topology
X-Net Media	X-Net Media Converter module for adding 1 gigabit ethernet channel over fibre. The media converter supports the same SFP optics as the X-Net OPT product range, and hence can be easily used for both CWDM and non CWDM systems
X-Net Patch	X-Net patch module provides 1 serial port to 16 serial port connection for quick and easy interconnection of X-Net data channels, thus reducing installation and maintenance time.
