COE Ltd is committed to delivering customer satisfaction, in terms of both product and service.
We apply the latest technologies and techniques where state of the art equipment is used to enable us to deliver cost effective solutions to our customers.
Understanding our customer requirements enables us to provide the quality of service and support which will enable the three prime elements of any successful project:
Delivery: on time - to specification - within budget.
We consider the needs of the environment and develop and review all working practices and processes to ensure they comply with ISO 9001:2000 requirements; this enables us to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. The quality policy will be reviewed periodically.
All staff, both established and incoming, are trained in the objectives and commitment to the quality standards required to enable them to carry out their duties in an effective manner.
We are dedicated to establishing a work culture and ethic which rewards and motivates all staff to contribute positively to continual improvement at all levels.
