COE Group plc : Total Voting Rights
COE announces that, for the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in COE in issue as at the date of this notice is 18,422,557 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 18,422,557.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, COE, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

COE Group plc (“COE” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has exchanged contracts with Murphy Young Group for the sale of the freehold of its business premises, Photon House in Leeds, for a consideration of £1.425 million. The majority of the space in Photon House has become surplus to requirements following the outsourcing of the Company’s manufacturing operations in 2005. COE Group plc (AIM: COE), the developer and supplier of advanced video surveillance systems, is pleased to announced the appointment of Dr. Alison Fielding as Non-Executive Director with effect from 18 September 2006.
Dr Fielding is currently the Director of Technology Transfer at IP Group plc, the intellectual property commercialisation company. She has five years’ experience in identifying and commercialising a diverse range of new technologies, encompassing electronics, software, remote power sources, speciality chemicals, medical devices and pharmaceuticals, and over eleven years’ experience of managing companies in a senior capacity. COE provides IP and recording upgrade to major City Centre CCTV System
COE Group plc, the developer and supplier of advanced video surveillance systems, announced today that it has completed a major upgrade of the Bradford City Centre CCTV system using COE’s X-Net and Network Recording systems.
COE worked with Bradford’s CCTV management team over several months to design and implement an IP-based digital video transmission network and digital recording solution for the several hundred cameras used in Bradford and the surrounding areas. Click here for full release.
