COE Group plc (“COE” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has exchanged contracts with Murphy Young Group for the sale of the freehold of its business premises, Photon House in Leeds, for a consideration of £1.425 million. The majority of the space in Photon House has become surplus to requirements following the outsourcing of the Company’s manufacturing operations in 2005. COE will remain as a tenant in a more appropriately-sized facility within the building. Read more..........

COE Group plc appoints Dr Alison Fielding as Non-Executive Director
Coe Group plc (AIM: COE), the developer and supplier of advanced video surveillance systems, is pleased to announced the appointment of Dr. Alison Fielding as Non-Executive Director with effect from 18 September 2006.
Dr Fielding is currently the Director of Technology Transfer at IP Group plc, the intellectual property commercialisation company. She has five years’ experience in identifying and commercialising a diverse range of new technologies, encompassing electronics, software, remote power sources, speciality chemicals, medical devices and pharmaceuticals, and over eleven years’ experience of managing companies in a senior capacity. COE provides IP and recording upgrade to major City Centre CCTV System
COE Group plc, the developer and supplier of advanced video surveillance systems, announced today that it has completed a major upgrade of the Bradford City Centre CCTV system using COE’s X-Net and Network Recording systems.
COE worked with Bradford’s CCTV management team over several months to design and implement an IP-based digital video transmission network and digital recording solution for the several hundred cameras used in Bradford and the surrounding areas. Read more..........

COE Group PLC Placing to Raise £950,000
IP Group to become Major Shareholder
COE Group plc, the developer and supplier of advanced video surveillance systems, today announces that IP Group plc, the intellectual property commercialisation company, through its subsidiary, IP2IPO Limited, and Richard Farleigh, one of IP Group’s key business angels, have agreed to be the lead investors in a proposed fundraising of £950,000, before expenses, by way of a placing of 11,875,000 ordinary shares at price of 8p per share (the “Placing”).
Following the Placing, IP Group and Richard Farleigh, who has backed over 50 early stage technology companies including Wolfson Microelectronics plc, ARC International plc, Amino Technologies plc, ANT plc, Celoxica Holdings plc, Oxonica plc and Clearspeed Technology plc, will own 60.95 per cent. of COE’s enlarged share capital. COE Appoints UK Sales Director
COE Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of John Clarkson as UK Sales Director.
John has joined COE from Wayfarer Transit Systems, the major supplier of integrated ticketing and smart card systems for public transport, where he was UK and Export Sales Director. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, John is a career transport professional who has specialised in systems sales to the transit industry worldwide for almost 20 years.
