COE Group plc
The Directors of COE, the AIM-quoted provider of advanced CCTV systems, announce that the Company has carried out a conditional placing of 6,381,250 new ordinary shares at 8 pence per share to raise £510,500 through Westhouse Securities LLP. The new funds will be used to strengthen the balance sheet and assist with the Group's working capital.

Commencement of new CEO at COE Group plc
COE Group PLC ("COE"), the provider of complex CCTV systems which counts the London congestion charging scheme amongst its reference sites, announces that Michael Sandpearl, formerly interim CEO, has resigned from the board. This completes the transition announced on 20 Aug 2004 in which Andrew Wallace would assume the role of CEO on 31 August 2004 and would join the Board.
