COE signs contract for delivery of CCTV Systems to ST Electronics for use in Taiwanese Metro System
Singapore and Leeds, UK. 21 Jan 2005. COE Group plc, the AIM listed developer and supplier of complex analogue and digital CCTV systems, announced today that it has signed a contract with Singapore Technologies Electronics for the supply of CCTV Systems for the Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation ( KRTC) in Taiwan. Singapore Technologies has won the contract to deliver the Communication system, including CCTV.
The COE CCTV system will be used to provide a comprehensive analogue video and data transmission system, for the surveillance of the KRTC Metro system.
The CCTV system will use several COE products including its successful V class transmission systems, TCDII control system and DWDM optical network which have been applied in complex systems worldwide.
Shipments to STE will be made over the next 18 months.
